EngKidz offers hands-on STEM learning opportunities for youth between 7 and 14 years old in Mission, BC.
Our afterschool programs enable kids to learn about Science, Engineering, Robotics, 3D Design, 3D Printing, Coding, Arts, etc.
All our programs incorporate the engineering design process, and allow kids to learn by doing. Hands-on STEM programs are an excellent way to pick up science concepts in a fun and engaging environment. An early interest in STEM enables kids to explore STEM-based careers as they develop. In every program, kids learn science concepts by working on their take-home projects and interacting with demonstrations, simulations and quizzes.
The projects that kids complete in our STEM programs aid in building their capabilities in problem solving, teamwork and science concepts.
We strive to make STEM education accessible to all kids that are passionate to know more. It is our mission to inspire creativity and a maker spirit in all of our students.
Our STEM programs can be taken as Live Virtual/Online sessions or In-Person through after school programs, Summer camps, Summer classes, live workshops at schools or classrooms and at local recreation centers.

We currently offer STEM after school programs in several Surrey elementary schools, and at leisure/recreation centers in Surrey. More locations and programs are in the works.
STEM education improves problem solving skills and creativity, which helps kids succeed in all career paths, not just STEM careers.
Our STEM programs include robotics, engineering, arts, 3D printing, and more.
All our classes begin with a fun introduction to a science concept and include hands-on activities, science games, computer simulations, live demos and take-home project building.
EngKidz STEM workshops and projects are carefully designed by engineers to connect science and technology with real world engineering. Each hands-on take-home project is unique, but can be easily modified using everyday items, thus providing a creative playground to encourage innovation.
EngKidz program are closely aligned with BC Science and ADST (Applied Design, Skills, and Technologies) curriculum.
Our programs are designed for 7-13 year olds.
