Participants and their work may be be photographed and/or video taped and recorded during any of the EngKidz workshops. The photographs and videos and their derivatives may be used for promotion and sharing of EngKidz programs with other parents and clients through various online and printed marketing and advertising media. No monetary compensation will be provided to the participant or their legal guardian for use of photographs or video recordings. This grant includes, without limitation, and without reimbursement, the right to publish such images/videos in the
EngKidz PR/promotional materials.
I consent to the participant being photographed/videoed during participation in EngKidz programs.
